I needed a water pump, brakes and rotors for my 2008 Lexus. I compared rates with two other auto repair shops and L.A.W. offered the best rates. I worked with Jeff and I feel he gave an honest and fair estimate of the work required. I'll definitely bring my car back in the future.

I called in last minute after scraping the bottom of my car pretty bad on a curb and cracking a piece of the protective plastic off. They got me in and said they'd inspect the damage at no cost. Took care of the plastic still hanging off and told me everything I needed to know about repairs. Quick and easy, and they were very nice.

I have nothing but great things to say about Jeff and his team. After calling they were able to fit me in the next morning and were incredibly timely with getting the car back to me the same day after a general service as well as some extra servicing on my transmission and coolant. Prices were very fair (I have shopped around quite a bit and have several friends in the automotive space that confirmed this), and they gave me an honest lay of the land for the state of the vehicle, letting me know what could be put off and not trying to over sell me. They even worked with my schedule to make sure I could pick up the car the same day. Jeff is very personable and it is clear he has a lot of experience and cares about what he is doing. Very thankful to have found a reliable mechanic.

I couldn't be more grateful for this place. I've had trouble with my car battery twice now and they've helped me both times.
